2013 Saskatchewan First Nation Summer Games Unofficial Results

The Unofficial results for the 2013 Saskatchewan First Nations Summer Games, hosted by Muskoday First Nation, are shown below. The Tony Cote Award, presented to the most improved team, goes to the Touchwood Agency Tribal Council, who were also the overall winners.




2014 North American Indigenous Games Coaches Applications

Team Saskatchewan is calling for applications for the North American Indigenous Games team for 2014 in Regina, Saskatchewan.  The team will consist of Mission Staff, Managers, Coaches, and Athletes.  The coaching staff will act as chaperones for the final team that attends the North American Indigenous Games.

First Nation Children and Youth Honour Residential School Survivors

Appeal Tribunal Rules New Election for Office Of First Vice Chief

(Saskatoon, SK) On April 17, 2013 the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN) Appeal Tribunal released its decision on the matter of a notice of appeal to the FSIN Appeal Tribunal between Sheldon Wuttunee, candidate, and Loretta Pete Lambert, Chief Electoral Officer. The Appeal Tribunal overturned the election results for the Office of the First Vice Chief declaring the election null and void and ordering a new election.
