As a collective mandate, the FSIN, INAC, OTC, and the Saskatchewan government will share the responsibility of developing a Draft Action Plan as a requisite, with the intent of providing a clear proposal for intergovernmental discussion. The parties are to obligated to support, research that will help guide the implementation of First Nations language and culture in the education system.

Teaching Treaties in the classroom

The OTC, Federal, and provincial government of Saskatchewan are to fund the development and allocation of necessary materials for the delivery of teaching treaties to the fullest capacity in not only First Nations communities, but also for the provincial school divisions.
