Sponsorship Request Information

This is the sponsorship application that needs to be filled out in order to qualify for sponsorship. Please include a poster for the event or a letter addressed to the Executive you are asking for Sponsorship. Once submitted to an Executive Member, it will then be submitted to Financial Audit Committee for approval. The Financial Audit Committee usually meets once a month.
